People are making big decisions when they buy a home or make a real estate investment and I take this fiduciary responsibility very seriously. I like this part of the job; it is satisfying work and I am proud to be the ethical and knowledgeable real estate resource that my clients expect.
In order to be knowledgeable, I spend a great deal of time familiarizing myself with the market. I research current real estate activity such as recent sales, closing vs listing prices, price changes to current listings and new properties.

The credit initiated earlier this year has allowed entry into the market of new participants and created new demand. However, all good things must come to an end and the tax credit is set to expire on December first. The remaining question to be answered is, how will this affect the recent positive momentum in the sales of new and existing homes? And could this adversely affect our local Fredericksburg Texas real estate market?
