Peepers in Fredericksburg Texas

Apr 08, 2009

The spring peeper is a small chorus frog between .75 inches and 1 inch and according to my young niece, ‘they are cute and super fun to catch’.  What I like about the peeper is that they are survivors.  They do what it takes to hang in there through the ups and downs of the environment.  The rain that graced our landscape about 3 weeks ago filled our pond about half way.  Just recently could we hear the song that heralded the triumph of this tiny little frog.  He is Texas Hill Country tough, .. biding his time in the banks of the pond.

The Texas Hill Country is a diverse landscape and if you want to own Fredericksburg Texas real estate, then plan on spending some time to appreciate it all.  There are rugged limestone bluffs that hang over rocky-bottomed creeks, rolling Live Oak tree covered hills, open grassy fields for grazing and many opportunities for arresting views.  A Fredericksburg Texas home with a view over the hills is an awe inspiring place to live.

For your new Fredericksburg home, the wide variety of terrain to choose from in the country and the unique character of the many homes in town make looking both fun and a real challenge. When you are ready to put your boots on the ground and find a place in the Texas Hill Country to call your own, give me a call.  I have worked successfully for years in the Fredericksburg Texas real estate market and I feel comfortable to say to you ‘I promise to work faithfully, diligently and competently to serve your Fredericksburg Texas real estate needs’.
