If we have not met, please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Brett Bruster. I am a REALTOR® with the brokerage firm of CC Herber Co., Real Estate. As a real estate agent, I am passionate about listening to clients and providing the best service possible. As a successful investor in the Fredericksburg/Hill Country area (for the last 15 years), I work hard to stay current and to understand the dynamics of a constantly changing market.

One of the observations that I have made is that there are very few comprehensive sources of real estate market information for homes and land in this area. The objective for this website, www.brettbruster.com , is to become that centrally located hub for real estate information in both Fredericksburg and surrounding areas. It will be a great place for buyers to start a search for a home or land in the Hill Country of Texas. It will be the best place for sellers of real estate in and around Gillespie County to market their property – everything from a small cottage in town to a large ranch remotely located.
